Chris Ferguson makes World of Outlaws start at Smoky Mountain Speedway
Chris Ferguson made an appearance at Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tenn.) on Friday afternoon as he joined a 45-car field for the two-day Tennessee Tipoff with the World of Outlaws Late Model Series.
Qualiyfing ninth-fastest in his group, Ferguson fell back in his heat race and was unable to transfer out of his B-Main.
Saturday's $15,000-to-win finale was called off due to the potential for severe weather.
